“Imagination reveals what the world could be” or in my case, what your cake could be.
Cake, sweet-deliciousness on the inside and endless possibility of decoration on the outside. This innovative thought is the fuel to my creative fire.
From the first theme that was handed to me, to the sketch i draw before every cake is developed, through the final outcome, I knew this was my calling. “The icing on the cake” is the gratification I receive in the clients enthusiasm and wonderful feedback.
What can I say, I have the “sweetest” job there is and I love every bit of it! I hope you enjoy my cakes as much as I enjoy creating them!
After graduating with honors from one of the top baking and pastry institutions on the east coast, Le Cordon Bleu's Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, I found my passion to lie in the science of baking but mostly in the imagination in decorating. Cake is fun and in this case my life and life has taken me to Ithaca, NY! Enjoy!
